Baglioni Hotels & Resorts in Milan is seeking a Senior Sales Manager (MICE) to lead the development and promotion of the Baglioni collection across MICE, Wedding and Corporate segments. You will manage an established portfolio of national and international accounts and drive new business opportunities.

Reporting to the Sales Director MICE & Corporate, you will execute sales plans, manage the full cycle from enquiry to close, and represent the brand at trade shows and events to strengthen

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years' experience in MICE sales
• Established MICE, Wedding and Corporate network
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent English; Spanish a plus
• Willingness to travel frequently

Mansioni

• Independently manage and develop a portfolio of national and international MICE, Wedding and Corporate accounts, strengthening long-term relationships and identifying upselling, cross-selling and new business opportunities across the Collection
• Develop and implement sales action plans, proactively generating new business through prospecting, sales calls and an established network of contacts, while managing the entire sales process from enquiry to negotiation and closing
• Act as senior autonomous representative, managing client and partner relationships and organizing client events, sales activities and educational trips to generate new business
• Monitor market developments, competitor activity and industry trends, identifying new markets and segments and providing market intelligence and recommendations to the Sales Director
• Monitor MICE, Wedding and Corporate sales performance, identifying gaps and opportunities and taking corrective actions to achieve and exceed annual sales targets, while ensuring accurate account information in the PMS
• Develop strong relationships with LHW, key industry partners and internal stakeholders, represent Baglioni Hotels & Resorts at trade shows and industry events, and contribute to the wider sales network
