Anantara World is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations in our hotel in Italy. You will supervise Room Attendants, coordinate with Front Office on arrivals and departures, and provide hands-on support to uphold high cleanliness and service standards.

The role emphasizes training, safety, and inventory management, with opportunities across Minor Hotels properties. Competitive compensation, meals, and staff accommodations are included.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure standards are met.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for deficiencies and ensure timely resolution.
• Supervise Room Attendants, Housemen, and Public Area Attendants to maintain productivity and quality.
• Provide hands-on support with cleaning and final preparation of rooms for guests.
• Train new team members on procedures, equipment usage and service standards.
• Coordinate with Front Office regarding arrivals and departures.
• Monitor supplies and equipment and report shortages to ensure continuity.
• Maintain organized housekeeping offices and stock for daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Respond promptly to guest complaints related to housekeeping or maintenance.
• Assign daily tasks and room allocations based on workload and occupancy.
• Report room status and maintenance needs to the Housekeeping Director.
• Monitor use of amenities and cleaning products and report discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain reports on room readiness and productivity; assist with linen inventory.
