Job summary

Splendido, A Belmond Hotel in Portofino seeks a Guest Service Agent for the 2027 season. The role focuses on authentic luxury guest experiences, accurate front desk operation, and proactive problem-solving under pressure.

You will report to the Front Office Manager and work within a team that values care, confidence, and curiosity. Start date is March 2027 with contract through November 2027, offering a pathway to future seasons and growth within Belmond.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of front desk luxury hotel experience.
• Effective and punctual written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to work as part of a team and share information and skills.
• Accurate, precise, with sense of urgency and ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review reservations to ensure correct entry in the PMS system.
• Support the Front Desk in daily operations and maintain high standards.
• Follow up with central reservations for missing correspondence.
• Maintain professional relationships with guests and colleagues.
• Handle deposits and commissions payments.
