Job summary

Borgo Pignano Tuscany Relais & Châteaux is seeking a Villas Guest Services Agent for the 2027 season. You will be the main point of contact for guests staying in our nine villas, coordinating check-in/out, restaurant bookings, activities, and in-room dining requests with a calm, meticulous service mindset.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in Front Office or Food & Beverage within luxury hospitality, excellent English, strong organizational skills, and a passion for sustainability aligned

Your Next Opportunity

We are looking for a Villas Guest Services Agent for the 2027 season — a dynamic, proactive individual with a strong passion for hospitality. You will be the main point of contact for guests staying in our nine villas, ensuring a personalized andimpeccable service. You will work closely with the Front Office and other operational departments, ensuring that every guest experience meets and exceeds Relais & Châteaux and Borgo Pignano standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage check-in and check-out operations efficiently, professionally, and in accordance with company standards.
• Provide a warm welcome and assistance to guests staying in our villas.
• Assist guests with restaurant reservations, activities, and experiences offered by the property.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly and courteously to every request.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Concierge, In-Room Dining, and Front Office to ensure a smooth and coordinated service.
• Check the condition of the villas and common areas, reporting any issues or malfunctions.
• Deliver food and beverages to the villas upon guests’ request.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
• Ensure compliance with Relais & Châteaux and Borgo Pignano Tuscany standards in every interaction with guests.

The Profile We Are Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in Front Office and/or Food & Beverage within the luxury hospitality sector.
• Strong service orientation and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Good knowledge of the services, restaurants, and experiences offered by the property is considered a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service quality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus.
• Alignment with our values of sustainability and respect for nature.
• Own vehicle / valid driving licence and access to a car.
