Borgo Pignano Tuscany Relais & Châteaux is seeking a Porter / Bell & Door Attendant for the 2027 season. You will be among the first points of contact, creating a memorable welcome and supporting Front Office operations by assisting guests, handling luggage, and coordinating arrival/departure activities.

The role requires at least 1 year in a similar hospitality position, excellent English, a team-oriented approach, and a valid driving licence.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency required; another language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to guests on arrival and departure.
• Receive, transport, and deliver guests’ luggage to rooms, villas, and maisonettes.
• Assist guests with vehicle parking and valet services, where applicable.
• Escort guests around the estate and inform them about available services and activities.
• Ensure common areas are tidy and well presented; maintain vehicle cleanliness.

Your Next Opportunity

We are looking for a Porter / Bell & Door Attendant with a passion for hospitality, a collaborative spirit, and a positive attitude to join our team for the 2027 season.
In this role, you will be one of the first points of contact between our guests and the property, helping to create a memorable first impression and ensuring a warm and impeccable welcome.
You will support Front Office operations by assisting guests, handling luggage, and coordinating arrival and departure activities, in accordance with Relais & Châteaux standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to guests upon arrival and departure.
• Receive, transport, and deliver guests’ luggage to rooms, villas, and maisonettes.
• Assist guests with vehicle parking and valet services, where applicable.
• Escort guests to different areas of the estate, providing information about available services and activities.
• Conduct regular checks of common areas and entrances, ensuring they are tidy, clean, and well presented.
• Be responsible for vehicle checks and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with the Front Office and other departments to anticipate and meet guests’ needs.
• Support internal transportation operations and the property’s logistical requests.
• Ensure compliance with Borgo Pignano Tuscany and Relais & Châteaux service standards.

The Profile We Are Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in the same or a similar role within a 4- or 5-star hotel, resort, or high end hospitality property.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong service orientation and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Team player with a collaborative approach.
• Accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of a second foreign language is considered a plus.
• Professional appearance and alignment with our sustainability values.
• Valid in Taly Category B driving licence.
• Own vehicle / access to a car.
• Local residency is considered a preferred qualification.
• Valid passport or work permit for the European Union
