Job summary

SAN CLEMENTE PALACE VENICE invites applications for a Front Office Agent to join our Front Office team in Venice. The role focuses on warmly checking in and checking out guests, upholding Kempinski and Leading Quality Assurance standards, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The successful candidate will have at least one year of customer service experience, Italian and English language skills, and familiarity with front desk operations and hotel systems such as Opera.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in a customer service position.
• Italian – excellent oral and written skills; English – good oral and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Check in the arriving guest and check out the departing guests in a friendly and caring manner according to Kempinski and Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards.
• Ensure that LQA results are above 85%.
• Register guest and assign rooms; accommodate special requests; assist guests with registration cards; use suggestive selling to promote other services; verify payment methods.
