The Luxury Collection’s Gritti Palace in Venice is seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor (Front Desk). You will oversee front desk operations, supervise staff, resolve guest issues, and manage daily financial tasks on a full-time shift.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of luxury Front Office experience, fluency in English and Italian, knowledge of Opera, and a confident, guest‑oriented approach. Join a prestigious property renowned for art, culture and exceptional service.
