The Gritti Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Venice, is seeking a Guest Experience Expert - Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional welcome and service. You will manage check-ins/outs, coordinate with housekeeping, and respond to guest inquiries with Italian hospitality flair.

Fluent in English and Italian, you will uphold brand standards and provide local information to guests attending major events in Venice. Join a team known for elegant service and a storied setting.

Competenze

• Must have the legal right to work in Italy with full-time availability (40 hours/week).
• Fluent in English and Italian; excellent guest communication skills.
• Experience in Front Office roles at luxury hotels preferred.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS is a plus.

Mansioni

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and warmth.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping on room readiness and guest concerns.
• Answer calls, messages and guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
