Auberge Collection is seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor to lead daily dining service, support the team, and ensure every guest interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. You will help create memorable moments through precise service and personalized care.

Leverage strong leadership, attention to detail and passion for hospitality to elevate the guest experience, while maintaining the property’s luxury standards and team collaboration.

Formación

• Minimum 2-3 years in a luxury hotel F&B supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and guest experience.
• Proven ability to coordinate daily operations and lead teams.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and personalised service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Degree in Hospitality or related field is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily F&B service and ensure standards.
• Coordinate service activities, briefings and team assignments.
• Assist onboarding and training of new colleagues.
• Monitor menus, mise en place, and service areas.
• Uphold food safety, hygiene and safety procedures.
• Support operational reporting and inventory control.
