Job summary

The Luxury Collection Florence is seeking a non-management, full-time staff member to ensure seamless service in our dining operations. You will lead and support servers, maintain grooming standards, manage opening and closing duties, inventory, safety, and guest satisfaction; collaborate with management on hiring, training, and coaching while upholding Marriott's standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff teamwork to deliver optimum service.
• Inspect grooming and attire; rectify deficiencies.
• Manage opening/closing duties and supplies.
• Monitor dining room safety, seating, and guest well-being.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, coaching and evaluating employees.
• Uphold company safety policies and protect assets.
• Provide exceptional guest service and respond to guest needs.
