Job summary

Auberge Collection is seeking an F&B Supervisor to lead daily service, support the team, and ensure guest interactions reflect our commitment to excellence in luxury hospitality. You will oversee guest experience, supervise service, coordinate briefings, and maintain standards across all outlets, while training new colleagues and promoting professionalism.

This role requires 2–3 years in F&B supervisory work, strong leadership, English fluency, and a hospitality qualification; evening/weekend

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar F&B supervisory role, preferably within a luxury hotel, resort, or fine-dining environment.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, restaurant operations, and guest experience in luxury hospitality.
• Proven ability to coordinate daily operations, support team performance, and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and the ability to create personalised, memorable experiences through attentive and thoughtful service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate colleagues, provide constructive guidance, and foster teamwork.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, engage and personalise guest dining experiences reflecting Auberge service philosophy.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to ensure seamless experiences.
• Handle guest feedback professionally, ensuring follow-up and satisfaction.
• Supervise daily F&B operations and ensure standards are met across outlets.
• Coordinate service activities, briefings, and team assignments.
• Ensure mise en place, table settings, menus and service areas meet standards.
• Monitor service quality, timing and presentation; intervene as needed.
• Lead, support and motivate team members; assist with onboarding and training.
• Promote professionalism, accountability and continuous learning.
