The St. Regis Rome is seeking a part-time Host/Hostess to join our F&B team. You will create a warm, welcoming first impression, manage guest seating, and assist with to-go orders while upholding our impeccable service standards.

Reporting to the F&B Service & In-room Dining Manager, you will engage guests, handle inquiries, and ensure linens, menus, and restrooms remain pristine. Availability for weekend and holiday shifts is required.

Competenze

• Fluent in English and Italian for guest interactions.
• Strong customer service mindset with hospitality focus.
• Ability to engage guests, handle inquiries, and maintain brand standards.

Mansioni

• Welcome guests and act as brand ambassador, addressing requests and complaints.
• Greet guests warmly, escort to dining area, present menus, and announce waiter.
• Seat guests using visual cues and communicate current promotions to guests.
• Answer restaurant calls and provide appropriate service.
• Manage guest flow and provide accurate wait times.
• Attend to special guest needs and maintain high-quality service throughout dining.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol policies.
• Assist staff by setting/clearing tables and replenishing beverages.
• Process dining charges and handle to-go orders, including payments.
• Balance cash drawer at start and end of shift.
• Support Bonvoy enrollment and team collaboration.
