The St. Regis Rome is seeking an Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) in charge of F&B, reporting to hotel leadership and acting as a strategic business leader for all culinary operations including restaurants, room service, banquets, and stewarding.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED; 6 years’ experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.

Mansioni

• Develops and maintains guidelines and control procedures for purchasing and receiving areas in F&B.
• Provides direction for menu development and monitors quality of raw and cooked food to meet standards.
• Leads kitchen management and ensures supervision of cooks and staff in food preparation.
• Manages department controllable expenses including food cost, supplies, uniforms and equipment.
• Identifies opportunities to increase profits and drives changes to improve financial performance.
• Ensures compliance with food handling and sanitation standards and maintains proper food storage standards.
• Coaches and mentors subordinates, sets performance expectations and conducts reviews.
