Job summary

Aman Venice, housed in Palazzo Papadopoli along the Grand Canal, seeks an Events Trainee to assist the Events Team in planning and coordinating luxury events from inquiry to on-site execution and post-event follow-up. The role provides day-to-day administrative and operational support across the entire event journey, starting February 2027.

Collaborating with clients, partners and internal departments, you will ensure all requirements are documented and communicated to deliver exceptional guest

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and coordinating events preferred.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills required.
• Excellent communication with clients and partners essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of events, including weddings, corporate meetings, social gatherings, VIP functions and special occasions.
• Assist with management of event enquiries, proposals, and follow-up with clients, planners, agencies and partners.
• Prepare and maintain accurate event documentation: contracts, BEOs, rooming lists, function sheets, deposits and payments.
