Job summary

Aman Venice is seeking a Guest Assistant Trainee to support the Front Office team. Based in Palazzo Papadopoli, you will welcome guests, assist with check-in/out, and share information about rooms and hotel facilities with a warm, caring approach.

The role starts February 2027 and requires fluent Italian and English, excellent communication, and flexibility for shifts and weekend work. Training will be provided as part of Aman's guest-first service ethos.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and guest interaction skills.
• Available to work on shifts and during weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and care; assist with check-in/out.
• Escort guests to rooms and inform about facilities and amenities.
• Handle guest requests and coordinate with relevant teams.
