Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning or MICE coordination within upscale or luxury hospitality.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage events from concept to completion.
• Prepare and monitor event budgets with cost efficiency.
• Source and negotiate with external suppliers.
