Job summary

RIMOWA is seeking a Client Advisor for our Milan Via Verri store, full-time, from early November 2026 to January 10th, 2027. This luxury retail role focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences and building lasting relationships with discerning travellers.

You will advise international customers in Italian and English, with ambitious CRM goals, product and repair training, and on-site service. A passion for luxury and outstanding service is essential to excel in this environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury sector preferred, but applicants new to luxury welcome.
• Fluent Italian and English; additional languages a plus.
• Passionate about delivering the best client experience in luxury retail.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen customer relationships through first-class consultations.
• Achieve CRM goals and participate in product and repair training; assist in sales and on-site repairs.
• Act as after-sales contact for all topics after customers leave the store.
• Ensure top-quality processing from acceptance to communication with the technical team and return to customers.
