Job summary

RIMOWA in Milan is seeking a Client Advisor (full-time) for the Milan Via Verri store from the start of November 2026 to January 10th, 2027. You will welcome international customers, deliver first-class consultations and support sales and on-site repairs.

You should have luxury retail experience or be eager to start in luxury, with fluency in Italian and English (additional languages a plus). The role offers a base annual gross salary of 27,000 EUR plus commissions and lunch tickets.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail is preferred.
• Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Customer-focused with passion for luxury client experience.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships through first-class consultations.
• Assist in sales and small on-site repairs; engage in CRM goals.
• Serve as primary after-sales contact for topics and follow-up.
• Oversee repair processing, coordinating with technical teams and customers.
