You’ll maintain first-class customer relations, contribute to CRM-driven goals, and serve as a reliable after-sales contact, ensuring seamless service and luxury-brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience in the luxury sector is welcome or required.
• Fluent Italian, Chinese and English; other languages a plus.
• Customer-focused mindset and passion for delivering the best client experience.

Responsibilities
