RIMOWA GmbH in Milan is seeking a Client Advisor (full-time) for our Via Verri store from the start of November 2026 to January 10, 2027. You will engage with discerning clients, deliver luxury consultations and support sales, repairs and after-sales communications.

Fluent Italian and English are required, with additional languages a plus. Experience in the luxury sector is preferred, but a strong customer-focus and passion for delivering the best client experience can also count.

Qualificações

• Experience in luxury retail is preferred.
• Fluent Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding client experiences in luxury settings.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver luxury consultations and assist customers through sales and after-sales care.
• Engage with international clients and maintain CRM with a focus on service excellence.
• Coordinate with technical team for repairs and ensure smooth handover to customers.
