Job summary

RIMOWA is seeking a Chinese-speaking Client Advisor (full-time) for our Rome Piazza di Spagna store on a one-year contract. Join a luxury brand known for craftsmanship and exceptional client service, and help international customers discover iconic travel products.

You will deliver first-class consultations, handle after-sales topics, and support CRM goals while representing the brand’s heritage in Italian, Chinese, and English.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail is preferred but open to newcomers in the team.
• Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills in multiple languages.
• Ability to manage CRM activities and after-sales support while delivering high-end service.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class consultations and build relationships with luxury clients.
• Assist international customers in-store and through after-sales support.
• Support product repairs processing from intake to communication with customers.

Job Responsibilities

YOUR MISSION

• Outgoing, customer-focused, and an intuitive sense for Luxury: as the newest RIMOWA member, you'll strengthen our customer relationships and continue to build them through first-class consultations.
• With individual CRM goals, extensive product and repair training, you shine in all customer interactions - from consultation to sales to small repairs on site.
• The connection to our customers doesn't end when they leave the store - as an after-sales professional, you'll continue to be a professional point of contact for all after sales topics.
• A travel companion for life - our iconic products are manufactured to the highest quality standards, a demand we also place on our repairs. You will be responsible for first-class processing, from acceptance through communication with the responsible technical team to return to our customers. Profile YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
• We are looking forward to your experience acquired in the luxury sector, but we also welcome you as a new starter in our team.
• To advise our international customers, you speak fluent Italian, Chinese, and English, ideally you have additional language skills.
• The customer experience is important to you - you are passionate about selling luxury products and providing the best client experience to our customers.

Additional Information

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION For new joiners in this role in Italy, the initial annual gross salary is 27.000 EUR full-time equivalent. This salary has been determined on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria and corresponds to the compensation normally granted for this position at the time of publication of this job posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as your unique combination of experience and skills, seniority, and current organizational needs. In addition to the benefits provided by law, further benefits may be granted in accordance with current company policies :

• Eligibility for individual commission & team bonus as per company policy

• Eligibility for the Ambassador program as per company policy The benefits list is not exhaustive.
