You will welcome clients, offer tailored advice, manage cash desk transactions, maintain product displays, and contribute to stock management and reporting. The ideal candidate has experience in high-end retail, strong communication, and an impeccable presentation.

• Welcome and assist the needs of a demanding clientele

• Achieve and increase sales using commercial indicators
• Master cash desk procedures and carry out all transactions
• Promote the brand image and uphold quality standards
• Receive, label, and display products
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize the sales floor
• Review sales figures and stock levels, ensuring confidentiality
• Follow-up on customer service: returns and repairs
• Participate in qualitative and quantitative reporting
