Job summary

Prada Group in Lombardy is seeking a dedicated store professional to blend brand passion with precision stock control. You will welcome customers, convey the brand philosophy, and manage stock with accuracy, using SAP and CRM tools to maximize sales and minimize losses.

You will maintain premium shop presentation, support store operations, and collaborate with teams to deliver an exceptional luxury experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or brand ambassador role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage stock, procedures and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve the customer providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
• Maintain and develop client relationships through an individual approach, leveraging CRM and digital tools.
• Be proactively engaged in cross selling with all Departments and maximise sales to achieve individual targets and KPIs.
• Ensure up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Demonstrate Brand and product knowledge.
• Handle customer complaints by liaising with the line manager.
• Maintain shop floor and visual display to a high standard per guidelines.
• Contribute to security and prevent product thefts.
• Safeguard products and goods during handling and storage.
• Manage daily goods receipt and merchandise flow following corporate procedures.
• Organize stock counts and stock-takes.
• Track product flow with SAP.
• Manage stockroom activities related to markdowns.
• Coordinate returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries per guidelines and deadlines.
