Prada Group in Milano, Italy is seeking a Prada Ambassador to elevate client experience. You will partner with Store Manager and leadership to identify training needs, design action plans, and cascade training across Brand knowledge, Client Journey and product knowledge.

The role requires 5+ years in retail training or management, a teaching mindset, fluent English, and excellent presentation skills. You will foster a culture of shadowing, coaching, and continuous learning in an international

Competenze

Bachelor degree in learning and development fields or related
5+ years in retail training or retail management
Completed trainer qualification
Knowledge of talent management and development methods
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
Strong coordination and organizational skills
Fluent English required

Mansioni

Identify training needs in line with business priorities
Develop training action plans at Store and Client Advisor level
Leverage in-store training tools: sessions, coaching, Daily Briefing, best-practice sharing
Collaborate with retail functions to organise training activities
Perform Team gap analysis and build coaching plans with feedback
Ensure cascading training contents on Brand, Client Journey and product knowledge
Drive in-store training initiatives with shop floor presence
Monitor quality, impact and retention of training content
Promote a self-learning culture and use of Training Digital Tools
Lead Shadowing (Observation/Feedback/Coaching) in-store
Oversee onboarding journeys for new hires in-store
