Dolce & Gabbana S.r.l. in Rome is seeking a Stockroom Manager to optimize stockroom operations and merchandise flow, collaborating with the Sales Team to ensure product availability and smooth store performance.

The role requires at least 4 years in stockroom management within luxury retail, fluency in Italian and English, and strong leadership. This is a full-time position with a gross annual salary starting at €30,000 plus MBO.

Competenze

• 4+ years in stockroom management within luxury retail environments.
• Fluent Italian and English; additional languages a plus.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Solid knowledge of stock control procedures and loss prevention.
• Familiarity with retail systems and stock management tools.

Mansioni

• Manage inbound and outbound merchandise and optimize stockroom organization.
• Support Sales Team with timely replenishment and product availability.
• Coordinate stockroom activities and ensure accurate inventory control.
• Train and onboard new team members on stock procedures.
• Oversee stock deliveries, transfers and loss-prevention efforts.
