Buccellati Maison in Rome is seeking a Brand Ambassador to deliver a unique client experience in-store and at events. You will build trusted relationships with clients, convey the Maison's DNA, and support sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of service and product knowledge.

As part of a collaborative team, you will participate in daily boutique life, assist with merchandising and stock processes, and attend required trainings.

Competenze

• 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, services or luxury hospitality environment.
• Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Confidence in handling high-value transactions.

Mansioni

• Contribute to boutique achieving sales targets and provide outstanding client service.
• Maintain brand knowledge and participate in visual merchandising and stock management.
• Assist in floor moves, prices changes, and store housekeeping while ensuring security.
• Represent the Brand in-store and at local events under the Boutique Manager’s direction.
