Siemens Mobility in Milan is seeking an Apprentice for Technical Customer Support in the Electrical Products (EP) Business Unit. You will be trained as a Technical Customer Support Apprentice, developing technical and customer-facing skills under a mentor.

The role focuses on Low Voltage products, with training across CRM tools, tickets, and knowledge bases, aiming to deliver high-quality customer experiences in a hybrid work setting.

Competenze

• Diploma, bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical/electronic engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in English and Italian.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

Mansioni

• Provide first-level technical support via hotline for Low Voltage products.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and tickets with timely resolution.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Escalate complex cases to internal experts and ensure proper follow-up.
• Manage customer requests, complaints and service cases.
• Create technical documentation, FAQs and knowledge base articles.
