Siemens in Milan is offering a structured entry-level role as Junior Execution & eBusiness Specialist in the Electrification and Automation area. As a Junior Execution & eBusiness Specialist, you will be part of the Electrification and Automation area in Milan, contributing to the understanding and continuous improvement of execution processes and customer order flows within the organization. Your day-to-day activities will include supporting execution activities, identifying repetitive tasks and opportunities for process digitalization, and contributing to the adoption of digital tools to support faster, more transparent, and more reliable operations.
This role is designed as a structured entry path into the professional world. From day one, you will combine on-the-job experience and training, supported by a dedicated tutor who will guide your learning.
You will progressively build your skills through real projects, gaining increasing autonomy over time and contributing to impactful activities aligned with your strengths and interests.

For apprenticeship contracts, the indicative gross annual salary range is between €28,475 and €39,350, depending on the candidate’s educational background. The apprenticeship program includes defined salary steps: compensation increases progressively based on seniority and the acquisition of skills, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL).
