Siemens in Milan is seeking an Apprenticeship trainee for Electrical Products in the Smart Infrastructure unit to be trained as a Technical Customer Support Apprentice in Milan.

During the program you will receive comprehensive training, work under a mentor, and provide first‑level technical support for Low Voltage products, while collaborating with sales, engineering and service teams to deliver a high‑quality customer experience.

Competenze

• You are under Italian apprenticeship rules (<=30 years).
• Degree in electrical/electronic engineering or similar required.
• Interest in low voltage products and technical support beneficial.
• Proficiency in English and Italian; CRM familiarity a plus.
• Strong communication and customer focus; analytical thinking.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a technical support role.

Mansioni

• Provide first-level technical support via hotline for Low Voltage products.
• Handle calls, emails, and tickets with timely resolutions.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Escalate complex cases to internal experts and follow up.
• Manage customer requests, complaints, and service cases.
• Support creation of technical docs, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering and service teams for quality experience.
• Monitor ticket status and document cases in CRM tools.
• Support after-sales processes including warranty clarifications.
