Siemens is launching a Local Talent Program for Apprentices in the Smart Infrastructure Buildings area as Junior Sales Specialists with placements in Milan, Padua, Turin, and other Italian cities. The program includes mentoring, rotations across sales, pre-sales and digital/sustainability roles, and a path to develop both technical and commercial skills.

Applicants should be under 30, recently graduated or about to graduate in Engineering or Economics, with international exposure preferred.

Competenze

• Proficiency in English and Italian is required.
• Recent graduate or about to graduate in Engineering or Economics with a passion for tech.
• Willingness to travel and work nationally in Italy.
