ECOM Italia in Genoa is seeking a Traffic & Logistics Specialist to support daily supply chain operations and coordinate between customers, suppliers and internal teams.

The role focuses on ensuring shipments are managed, deliveries tracked, and service levels maintained. Fluency in Italian and English, plus strong organizational skills, are essential for proactive problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, traffic or a similar operational role.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Good computer skills and confidence with business software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Dynamic, motivated and proactive attitude.
• Strong communication and a customer-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day supply chain and logistics operations.
• Coordinate shipments and follow up on deliveries.
• Manage customer service activities, ensuring timely communication.
• Liaise with suppliers, warehouses, freight forwarders and logistics partners.
• Support order management, documentation and administrative activities.
• Monitor deadlines and address potential issues proactively.
• Contribute to improving logistics processes and operational efficiency.
• Ensure smooth business continuity and high service standards.
