Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, traffic or similar role.
• Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Traffic & Logistics Specialist - ECOM Italia

Location: Genoa, Italy

Reports to: Traffic Manager

ECOM Italia is looking for a dynamic and motivated Traffic & Logistics Specialist to join our team in Genoa.

The role will be at the heart of our day-to-day operations, supporting the management of the supply chain and ensuring efficient coordination between customers, suppliers, logistics providers and the internal team.

Key responsibilities

• Support and monitor day-to-day supply chain and logistics operations
• Coordinate shipments and follow up on deliveries
• Manage customer service activities, ensuring timely and effective communication
• Liaise with suppliers, warehouses, freight forwarders and other logistics partners
• Support order management, documentation and administrative activities
• Monitor operational deadlines and proactively address potential issues
• Contribute to improving logistics processes and operational efficiency
• Ensure smooth business continuity and high service standards

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, traffic or a similar operational role
