G.D in Bologna, Italy, seeks an experienced Import/Export Coordinator to manage domestic and international shipments daily. You will collaborate with Logistics, Packaging, Sales and Finance to ensure smooth operations and compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in Import/Export with international forwarders, strong knowledge of multiple freight modes, and fluency in English. Experience with SAP is essential.

Competenze

• 5+ years in Import/Export with international freight forwarders.
• Knowledge of Express, Road, Sea and Air freight.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures.

Mansioni

• Organize and coordinate domestic and international shipments.
• Manage import/export and customs documentation.
• Prepare export invoices and customs documentation.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers and customs brokers.
• Monitor shipments until final delivery.
• Collaborate with Packaging, Sales and Finance on shipping operations using SAP and ensuring compliance.
