Job summary

Esperanto Coffee, a sister company of ECOM Italia, is seeking a dynamic Traffic & Logistics Specialist to join our Trieste team. You will support daily supply chain operations, coordinate shipments, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high service standards for our international customers.

You will liaise with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners, manage orders and documentation, and contribute to improving processes in a fast-paced, growing company.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian and English required; written and spoken.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, traffic, or similar operations.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with office software and standard business tools.

Responsibilities

• Support and monitor day-to-day supply chain and logistics operations.
• Coordinate shipments and follow up on deliveries.
• Manage customer service activities with timely communication.
• Liaise with suppliers, warehouses, freight forwarders and logistics partners.

Esperanto Coffee, a sister company of ECOM Italia, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Traffic & Logistics Specialist to join our team in Trieste.

The role will be at the heart of our day-to-day operations, supporting the management of the supply chain and ensuring efficient coordination between customers, suppliers, logistics providers and the internal team

• Support and monitor day-to-day supply chain and logistics operations
• Coordinate shipments and follow up on deliveries
• Manage customer service activities, ensuring timely and effective communication
• Liaise with suppliers, warehouses, freight forwarders and other logistics partners
• Support order management, documentation and administrative activities
• Monitor operational deadlines and proactively address potential issues
• Contribute to improving logistics processes and operational efficiency
• Ensure smooth business continuity and high service standards

What we are looking for

• Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, traffic or a similar operational role
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Good computer skills and confidence working with business software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Dynamic, motivated, resourceful and proactive attitude
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
