Ariston Group is seeking an Industrial Engineer to lead key production projects from concept to implementation and drive efficiency improvements on a dedicated production line. You will collaborate across functions to align with strategic objectives and timelines.
The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years of relevant experience in metalworking, a degree in mechanical engineering, and fluency in Italian and English to support cross‑border collaboration and continuous improvement activities.

In your role as Industrial Engineer, you will lead key production projects from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and timelines. You will play a key role in improving efficiency and supporting continuous improvement initiatives on a dedicated production line

The compensation package will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and the scope of the role, applying objective and gender-neutral criteria. We believe that transparency and fairness are essential to building trust, fostering inclusion, and ensuring equal opportunities for everyone.As a reference, for such position we offer a salary ranging between 40.000 € and 58.000 €. This position is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanici Industria.
