Ariston Group in Osimo, Italy, is seeking an Industrial Engineering Intern to support manufacturing excellence. You will join a World Class Manufacturing program and contribute to optimization of production cycles on both automatic and manual lines, helping to improve efficiency and quality in a multi-site, multinational environment.

We are now looking for a passionate and driven Industrial Engineering Intern to join our team and contribute to key plant projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate on defining and optimizing production cycles in both automatic and manual assembly lines.
• Analyze and improve production workflows, conduct time studies, support capacity planning, and contribute to layout design.
• Help standardize best practices to support the spread of WCM culture.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and new product development processes.
