InPost Italy is seeking a motivated and skilled Logistics Manager to oversee depots and courier partners, optimize all logistics processes, and coordinate cross-functional work with Logistics, Warehouse, tech, and Customer Care teams.

You will lead supplier negotiations, monitor performance, drive cost optimization, and ensure training across the network. The role requires travel and a strong background in e-commerce logistics with fluent English.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 4 years in logistics management.
• Experience in E-commerce and/or parcel logistics.
• Proven track record of exceeding goals.
• Strong organizational and project management experience.
• Excellent knowledge of logistics and transport sector.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience managing relationships with 3rd parties.

Mansioni

• Select the best couriers supplier and shipping techniques.
• Coordinate itinerary planning, invoice processing and suppliers.
• Analyze performance of logistics partners and train staff.
• Support sales team with customer proposals and rate negotiations.
• Manage network volumes and optimize logistics processes.
• Plan and monitor inbound and outbound shipments.
• Implement and update metrics for continuous improvement.
• Draft and evaluate budgets and expenses, focusing on cost optimization.
• Frequent business travel is requested.
