Amazon Italia Transport Srl is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead and expand our Last Mile network enhancements across France, Italy, and Spain. You will drive cross-functional infrastructure projects, create compelling business cases, and partner with engineering, finance, and real estate to deliver scalable solutions.

The role demands hands-on leadership, strong ownership, and clear communication at the senior-management level to support sustainable growth in the EU region.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL required.
• Experience in program or project management.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive process improvements.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data to identify improvements.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage a portfolio of maintenance and infrastructure projects across the region, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality.
• Plan and oversee upgrades to existing sites, optimizing office spaces, shop floor, and infrastructure for Last Mile operations.
• Collaborate with operations to raise site-level performance standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, real estate, design, construction, engineering) for project success.
• Develop business cases and strategy documents for senior leadership approval, including director-level involvement.
