InPost Italy is seeking a Security Manager to implement security policies and loss prevention across warehouses and retail/logistics sites. You will lead security teams, manage internal controls, and coordinate with external providers while aligning with group standards.

The role requires a university or engineering degree, 4+ years in a similar industrial or logistics environment, strong organizational skills, and professional English.

Mansioni

• Identifies and mitigates risks such as internal/external theft, fraud, waste, and product damage through audits, data analysis, and KPIs.
• Develops and implements security policies and procedures aligned with national/international standards; oversees CCTV, alarms, access controls, and training.
• Conducts risk assessments and security audits across sites; develops prevention and response plans.
• Coordinates daily security actions with internal and external stakeholders; establishes SLAs and performance metrics.
• Leads, manages, and trains internal security teams; oversees external service providers.
• Implements crisis-management procedures for incidents; analyzes incidents to prevent recurrence.
• Ensures sites are protected per Group standards with maintained surveillance systems.
