InPost Italy, based in Turin, is seeking a motivated Logistics Manager to lead depots and courier partners, and to optimize all logistics processes. You will work closely with Logistics, Warehouse, tech, and Customer Care teams to ensure efficient flows and service quality.

The role requires 4+ years in logistics management, experience in e-commerce or parcel logistics, and strong analytical and budgeting skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 4+ years’ experience in logistics management or similar roles.
• Experience in e-commerce and/or parcel logistics is preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Strong organizational, operations and project management experience.
• Excellent knowledge of logistics and transport sectors.

Mansioni

• Lead and coordinate depots and courier partners across assigned regions.
• Select couriers suppliers and optimize shipping techniques.
• Plan itineraries, process invoices, and manage supplier relationships.
• Evaluate performance of logistics partners and train depot staff.
• Support sales with customer proposals and rate negotiations.
• Manage volumes and optimize all logistics processes.
• Plan inbound and outbound shipments and monitor budgets.
• Implement and update metrics, driving continuous improvement.
• Frequent business travel is required.
