OverIT - Field Service Management is offering an internship focusing on onboarding logistics and HR support. The candidate will be managing HR tech platforms and data analysis within a flexible smart working environment across Italy.

Fluency in both Italian and English is essential. This position offers a monthly allowance of €800 and meal vouchers for each day worked. Suitable for those residing in or near Milan.

Competenze

• Able to work on-site regularly in the Milan metropolitan area.
• Experience or coursework in HR-related fields.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end onboarding logistics for national and international hires.
• Manage subscriptions/licenses in the LMS and create new learning activities.
• Produce data analysis and reporting on learning and development metrics.

Conoscenze

Fluency in Italian

Fluency in English

Strong organizational skills

Familiarity with HR tech platforms

Data analysis or reporting

Coursework in Human Resources or related fields
