OPIS s.r.l. is seeking a motivated Training & Development Assistant Intern to support our HR team with training, onboarding, e-learning and development activities. This is an office-based role at our HQ in Desio, Milan.

The role provides internship with a path to permanent employment, a monthly stipend of €700, and meal vouchers worth €7 per day. You will work closely with the HR team to coordinate training and maintain records while learning best practices in clinical research settings.

Competenze

• Native Italian and excellent English, both written and verbal.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong organizational skills and communication abilities.
• Team-oriented, proactive and eager to learn.

Mansioni

• Support the planning and coordination of internal and external training.
• Maintain training records and update activities in our system.
• Assist with onboarding and induction plans for new employees.
• Managing employees’ remote working agreements.
• Updating the company organizational chart.
• Support corporate e-learning platforms and employee skills assessments.
• Coordinate the collection and updating of employee CVs.
• Assist with audits, inspections and HR documentation when required.
