OverIT - Field Service Management is offering an internship focusing on onboarding logistics and HR support. The candidate will be managing HR tech platforms and data analysis within a flexible smart working environment across Italy.

Fluency in both Italian and English is essential. This position offers a monthly allowance of €800 and meal vouchers for each day worked. Suitable for those residing in or near Milan.

Competenze

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end onboarding logistics for both national and international new hires, acting as the main point of contact for onboarding-related activities
• Manage the LMS (Learning Management System): administer employee subscriptions/licenses and create new learning activities under supervision
• Support core HRIS administration, keeping the system (HiBob) accurately updated in line with existing HR processes
• Produce data analysis and reporting on learning & development metrics to support decision-making
• Provide general administrative support to the HR/L&D team as needed

What You'll Need

• Based in the Milan metropolitan area, able to work on-site regularly
• Fluent in both Italian and English (written and spoken)
• Familiarity with HR tech platforms — e.g., LMS, HRIS/HR systems — and/or AI tools that support automation and efficiency
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and tasks simultaneously

What’s nice to have

• Prior exposure to HiBob or similar HRIS platforms
• Experience with data reporting or analytics (Excel, Power BI, or similar)
• Interest or coursework in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related fields
• Curiosity about how AI tools can streamline HR/L&D workflows
