Job summary

Joybuy is JD.com’s dedicated retail platform for Europe, and we are seeking a native Italian localization specialist to adapt the overseas e-commerce interface for Italian users. You will manage language vendors, ensure consistent multilingual UX, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality translations.

You will build glossaries and style guides, participate in AI-related localization improvements, and contribute to data annotation, prompt optimization, and quality feedback

Qualifications

• Must be native Italian with high English proficiency.
• 2+ years in translation or localization, preferably in e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Localize the overseas e-commerce website interface.
• Manage language vendors and resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure multilingual UX.
• Ensure localization quality through QA and issue resolution.
• Identify localization challenges and lead quality optimization projects.
• Build and maintain glossaries, style guides, and process docs.
• Support product launches and marketing campaigns with professional localization.
• Collaborate with AI team on LLM training and optimization.
• Annotate data, assess quality, and provide feedback on translations.
