Bacardi in Italy is seeking a Production Leader to drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement across packaging and bottling lines. You will own TPM/TMS routines, supervise frontline teams, and ensure the production plan delivers targets for volume, mix, and service while preserving efficiency.

You will lead incident investigations, champion a zero-harm culture, and coordinate with Maintenance, Planning, and QA to boost OEE and product quality.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of bottling and packaging processes and equipment.
• Solid understanding of KPIs including OEE and downtime.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and CI methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production reporting systems.
• Analytical with ability to translate data into improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with Safety, Environmental, and Compliance standards.
• Promote correct PPE use and adherence to policies.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Drive a proactive safety culture through engagement and risk awareness.
• Oversee production plan execution and KPIs (OEE, productivity, quality).
• Coordinate daily operations to maximize line performance.
• Lead TPM/TMS routines and Tier meetings.
• Drive continuous improvement and corrective actions to losses.
• Collaborate with Maintenance to improve equipment reliability.
• Participate in operational reviews and cross-functional forums.
