Carlsberg Italia in Induno Olona is seeking a Packaging Manager to lead the integrated packaging department within the Industrial Supply Chain. You will drive development and continuous improvement of packaging operations, ensuring safety, quality and cost targets are met.

You will manage production plans, supervise the team, monitor KPIs, and collaborate across Maintenance, Quality, HSE, Procurement and Planning to optimise performance.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
• At least 10+ years' experience in industrial packaging production environments.
• Strong knowledge of packaging processes, safety, quality, and hygiene standards.
• Experience managing budgets and CAPEX projects.
• Fluent English and excellent Italian.

Mansioni

• Ensure smooth running and performance of the Packaging department from receipt to finished pallets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, food safety, hygiene and quality requirements.
• Lead the Packaging team, develop skills, engagement and ways of working in line with priorities.
• Ensure delivery of agreed production plans in line with quality, cost and service.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse performance, losses, efficiency and improvement opportunities.
• Promote continuous improvement activities through Lean TPM, Kaizen, SMED and 5S.
• Manage the departmental budget, including OPEX and CAPEX, contribute to site plans.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, H&S, Procurement, Controlling, Planning and suppliers.
