Job summary

Bacardi-Martini is seeking a production operations leader to drive safe, compliant and high‑performing manufacturing. You will oversee safety, quality, delivery and cost targets, while leading TPM, TMS and autonomous maintenance practices to maximize equipment effectiveness.

You will coordinate with planning, maintenance and packaging development teams to optimize schedules, reduce downtime and sustain continuous improvement across SQCDM metrics.

Qualifications

• GMP, HACCP, Hygiene and 6S standards are to be followed.
• Audits readiness and timely closure of gaps and actions.
• Focus on quality, process controls and product specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, environmental and compliance standards and investigations.
• Promote PPE usage and policy adherence.
• Drive TPM, Tier Management System and Daily Management to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality and planning to optimize performance.
• Support capital projects and asset reliability initiatives.
