Carlsberg Italia is seeking a Packaging Manager to join the Integrated Supply Chain at the Induno Olona site. You will oversee the Packaging department's development and continuous improvement, ensuring safe operations and adherence to quality, service and cost standards.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification.
• At least 10+ years' experience in industrial packaging production environments.
• Solid knowledge of packaging processes, safety, quality, food safety and hygiene standards.
• Experience in managing budgets, improvement projects, plant development plans and CAPEX initiatives.

Mansioni

• Ensuring smooth running, operational continuity and performance of the Packaging department, from receipt to finished pallets.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, food safety, hygiene, quality requirements, and internal and Group standards.
• Leading the Packaging team, developing skills, accountability, engagement and ways of working in line with business priorities.
• Ensuring delivery of agreed production plans in line with quality, cost and service level requirements.
• Monitoring and improving departmental KPIs, analysing performance, losses, efficiency, quality, reliability, and improvement opportunities.
• Promoting and leading continuous improvement activities through Lean TPM, GEMBA Kaizen, SMED, 5S, problem solving, root cause analysis.
• Managing the departmental budget, including OPEX and CAPEX, contributing to site long-term development plans and investment projects.
• Working closely with Maintenance, Quality, H&S, Procurement, Controlling, P&C, Planning, Regional stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure operational continuity.
