Constantia Flexibles in Modena, Italy, seeks an experienced Production Manager to oversee scheduling, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives across a flexible packaging operation.

You will lead shift supervisors, optimize resources, and ensure ISO standards and safety compliance while collaborating with QA and maintenance teams.

The role requires 5+ years in production management, strong leadership, and knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen. Fluent English benefits the role.

Competenze

• High school diploma required.
• At least 5 years in production management in flexible packaging or converting.
• Knowledge of English.

Mansioni

• Oversee production scheduling to meet delivery times, setting priorities and allocating resources.
• Manage the department’s budget by analyzing KPIs related to productivity, processing costs, and OEE.
• Monitor operation of complex machinery, leading preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Guide shift supervisors by addressing training gaps and implementing continuous improvement methodologies.
• Work with Quality Assurance to ensure ISO and environmental compliance; act as Safety Officer to ensure health and safety compliance.
