Bacardi is seeking a Production Operations leader to drive Safety, Environment & Compliance, and Production Performance Management. You will govern TPM/TMS, continuous improvement, autonomous maintenance, and quality standards, coordinating cross-functional teams to optimize line performance and ensure GMP compliance.

You will lead daily routines, analyze KPIs, and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime and losses, fostering ownership and a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of bottling and packaging processes.
• Solid understanding of KPIs including OEE, line efficiency and quality.
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, TMS and CI.
• Proficiency in MS Office and production reporting systems.
• Analytical and structured problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure execution of the production plan with target volume, mix and service.
• Monitor and drive performance against KPIs (OEE, productivity, quality, cost).
• Coordinate daily operations to maximize line performance and resource use.
• Report and analyze results through performance management systems.
• Lead Tier Management System routines and operational meetings.
• Identify gaps and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
• Accountable for end-to-end production line performance across SQCDM metrics.
• Drive TPM/TMS and daily management practices to strengthen reliability.
